Dan Feddersen may be nearing his 5-year anniversary at MNK, but he’s still able to learn something new on the job almost every day. Dan’s collaborative and intuitive nature enables him to look for new learning opportunities in every experience and challenge that may come his way.
As a Quality Operations Manager in the External Manufacturing department, he works with MNK’s contract manufacturing organizations to maintain a sustainable supply of quality products for patients, despite the challenging job to maintain the integrity of the production processes.
According to Dan, “our team’s values and commitment to manufacturing important products serve as motivation for our partners to collaborate with us and be as innovative and productive as possible.”
Whether taking on work that doesn’t technically fall in his job description, balancing multiple workstreams to help wherever it’s needed, or speaking up in meetings to offer advice, Dan always rises to the occasion. One colleague notes, “Dan’s integrity is second to none. He is highly collaborative, goes above and beyond to support cross-functional teams and is constantly problem-solving to drive innovation.”
Dan inspires his colleagues to identify important lessons through each and every challenge, and always keeps patients top of mind as complex situations are managed, to ultimately provide solutions that help get patients what they need.
