“Innovation can be difficult because of all the different concerns that impact decision-making in the Pharmaceutical industry.” Brendan explained. “Yet, when I can identify a challenge that needs a new approach and deliver a solution that helps make our company work better, I find that deeply satisfying.”
Brendan’s ability to see the bigger picture and commitment to identifying new ways to use digital technology enables his colleagues to work more efficiently and focus on our patients. Brendan’s role within Mallinckrodt extends beyond supporting the digital platforms we use. Brendan has been a part of big changes in how our company uses technology, even playing a significant role in Mallinckrodt’s introduction to social media. One colleague added that through all the challenges that come with these changes, Brendan “does it all with a smile on his face.”
