Mallinckrodt President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Trudeau recently reinforced the company’s commitment to inclusion and diversity as part of Advancing Diversity and Inclusion, a comprehensive report detailing how America’s largest employers are making diversity and inclusion a top priority.

Trudeau joined more than 120 CEOs of top U.S. companies in sharing stories and successful business practices that are expanding job and growth opportunities for people of all backgrounds, both within their organizations as well as through their supply chains and the communities they work in.
The report offers an inside look at corporate diversity and inclusion programs, best practices and associated results, and highlights just some of the ways that America’s largest employers are building a more diverse and inclusive environment, enabling everyone to be and do his or her best.
The stories and submissions from Business Roundtable member companies describe the programs, policies and activities companies have adopted to foster cultures where everyone is valued and all ideas are heard.
